Adult or Sexually Explicit Services
Businesses primarily providing explicit adult entertainment, sexual services or pornographic material.

Businesses promoting materially misleading investment opportunities, unrealistic financial returns or similar claims.
Businesses or organisations whose submitted content or primary activities promote unlawful discrimination, hatred or harassment.
Businesses where Cape Town Explore cannot reasonably verify the business’s identity, location, contact information or existence.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in an application being declined or an existing listing being suspended or removed.

Where services are recurring, the applicable billing and cancellation terms will continue until cancellation in accordance with the agreed service terms.
Where payment has been collected for a new business listing and the application is rejected before publication, the applicable listing fee will be refunded unless a separate service has already been completed or otherwise agreed.
Payments for advertising, promotional work, content creation or other services already performed are generally not refundable, subject to applicable law and any specific agreement governing the service.
Businesses may request cancellation of their listing or recurring service according to the applicable package or agreement.
Cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for services already delivered.
Any outstanding amounts relating to services already provided remain payable.
